Data controller
Moneim Chkhaim, NIF X4896021B. Contact email: chefapuertacerrada@gmail.com.
What data we collect and what for
We only process the data you send us through the website forms or by WhatsApp and email:
- Booking form: name, email, telephone, place of the service, date, number of guests and any notes you write to us, including allergies or intolerances if you choose to state them. We use them to reply to you and to prepare the menu proposal.
- Partnerships form: company, contact person, email, telephone, website and your message. We use them to reply to your proposal.
- Review form: name, town, your review and, if you want, your email. We publish the name and the town on the website only if you tick the authorisation box, and we store the date you ticked it as evidence of that consent. You can ask us to remove the review whenever you want.
Health data
If you tell us about allergies or intolerances, that information is processed solely to prepare your menu safely, with your express consent given when you send the form. You may prefer to tell us by telephone.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent and in order to deal with your request prior to a possible contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to chefapuertacerrada@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep requests while we are handling the proposal and, afterwards, for the legal period needed to deal with any claims. If the service is contracted, we keep the invoicing data for the years required by tax regulations.
Who else can see your data
We work with providers that process data on our behalf:
- IONOS: hosting of the website and the email.
- Google (Gmail and Google Calendar): requests reach the chef by email, and the date, the place and the contact details may be kept in his calendar to organise the service.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us through that channel.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, object to the processing or return it to you. Write to chefapuertacerrada@gmail.com stating what you want to do.
If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
